At Director Defence, we are committed to absolute transparency and fairness in our billing. We ensure that every client fully understands the scope and cost of our advisory services before any work commences.

Scope of Services Our advisory services include, but are not limited to:

• Independent reviews of post-liquidation correspondence and settlement queries.

• Strategic guidance regarding director risk and Winding-Up Petitions.

• Clarification of complex insolvency terminology and procedures.

• Assistance in preparing factual responses to appointed liquidators.

Important Notice: We do not act as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, nor do we handle formal company insolvency appointments. Our role is strictly limited to independent consultancy and support services for company directors.

Fees and Rates

• Initial consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated in writing.

• For services extending beyond the initial consultation, a clear, fixed-fee quote will be provided in advance.

• No chargeable work will proceed until you have explicitly accepted the quote and our terms of engagement in writing.

Additional Time or Services If your situation evolves and requires support beyond the original scope of work, we will notify you immediately. No additional work will be undertaken without providing a revised quote and securing your prior approval.
